I've been away

 HELLOOOO! i feel like its been forever since i've been on blogspot. Well since i've updated. I've been at Festival Dance Camp at UGA all damn week. I'm still here until saterday, today i got an earlier break though and i had the energy to actually update anythinnngg.

 Above and below are some pictures of cody and i one day last week. His plaid shirt and my lime skirt are both vintage, mine is from Mila's and his from Dynamite. His pants were ordered offline and my shirt is from Roxy.

We tried to finger wave my hair, and considering its really didficult, it  wasn't a sucsess but we will get there eventually!

This week i participated in helping a small tehatre camp in bartow. Just some kids around twelve learning about improb and costuming, theatre terms and so on. One of the days we were doing hair and makeup and i came up with a french gardener.

                  I have black arched eyebrows drawn on and brown light cat eyes with a flushed pink lip.

 The day before i'd been playing around with my hair and curled my bangs but i pinned back all the other hairs with sparkly star barretts.

And a picture of the bangs themselves. UGHHH my hair looks so daumn dirty blonde-brown. You can only scarcely see the red in pictures. I'm dying this shit soon.

Oh yeah, i'm wearing a pink bathrobe, pajama pants and an off white feather hair band. I feel like my mind has been everywhere this week. I can decide on one thing, whether or not im nervous about the uga intensives next week, finger waves looking good on me, what to wear, what to pack to wear, what to write-which is why i keep going on right now probably....just enjoy today as you live it!

I'm her new fan.

WOOT! guess what? I absolutely adore this chick! Her name is Amelia Lowe and she auditioned on SYTYCD(so you think you can dance?) and it was just lovely to me. Not to mention the fact that she audomatically got a ticket to vegas...! I also loved her quirky attitude and style. SO, i youtubed her more and she posts video's regularly apparently!

Reyce and I fixed my dad some breakfast for my father yesterday morning.

As you can see he's OVERCOME WITH EMOTION! I inherited my facials from him for sure. He really did enjoy his breakfast and the new comic we bought him though. Even if it doesn't show. Either way i love my dad with all the faults and the good things of him.

ATHENIA PART TWO

This is Yoshi and lemon, my sisters pets, just chillin' before we left. They're so cute and well behaved! They are like members of the family man.  Pushing 100 degrees when chels, cameron, reyce and i all headed out to the river to swim. We ended up meeting some pot dealers that tried to get us to watch their children.

A 90's hand-me-down bottem afrom my and top from my stepmom. It shows off the most skin out of both of my bathing suits and it was soo hot. It flatters my none-curved muscular body with long ass legs and a big barrell chest.

She's Leaving

AHH, this post reminds me of that song "She's Leaving" by: The Beatles. Yes, i'm leaving for a few days or so to go to my sisters house in Athens. I'll be back with some awesome new posts though!

Umm...HELLZ YES I WENT TO SEE PROMETHEUS! I love Alien! It was astounding, and it answers life questions, i also created a new perspective on people who beleive the 2012 theory. You know, the theory of the world ending. Well alot of peoples back-up on that is the last book in the bible where the scripture states that the world will end in 2012. And in the movie they keep talking about their "makers", and one of the head scientists states the aliens, their makers, "just made us because they could." And  one other main character who's a un-changing robot quotes from a movie, "you have to destroy something in order to make something new." Then these altering questions/thoughts doomed on me, mabye the these screenplay writers are really paranoid and afraid of the world ending. What if this movie is supposed to mirror that theory? What if "God" has just created us and all of this because he/she can? And what if this so called creator, has grown bored with us and cannot move on to a different project or creation, without destroying us?

Snow ashes

Well a week ago i went and saw Snowhite and the Huntsmen and i really loved it! The movie itself and better yet, Kristen Stewart, turned Walt Disney's massaganistic veiws of snowhite(women and princess's as well) into a brave warrior-woman. And Charlize Theron does a great job of the wicked stepmother.

 Kristen stewart battling. Okay, here we go, yes i have a thing for her and her style of acting and style in general. I really get annoyed with all the chit chat about her being an awful actress.

This dress was made from discarded dung beetle shells that were purchased by the film's costume designer at a flea market in Thailand.



Venus transition.

Yesterday cody, reyce and i all made a pathetic attempt to watch the transition of venus across the sun which will only happen in another 105 years. Cody and i were so excited to watch!

I've always loved astronomy and watching eclipses and just the whole studdy ogf it in general. This is a picture of the begining of the transition.

This was a pretty sweet selection from the few i watched trying to see what i missed. It covers everything purty well. Venus looks so tiney though.

Thrifts!

Hello, hello! i haven't been on in a few days, any time the computer i haven't paid much attention to my blog. I've just been reading alot of Rookie. Which i really enjoyed reading the new conversation they had intitled, "Whats mine is mine," that i related to alot more than i ever thought was possible. Heres some new thrifts and gifts.

This i bought from a thrift store in northern georgia, its from the 60's.

We ate alot of sushi.

Tonight cody and i double-dated with his brother and his wife kait. We went to eat sushi and watch snow white and the huntsman. It was kind of uncomfortable because they can be very obnoxious but cody and i tried to think happy thoughts. I wore a vintage tiny-sunflower mini dress, geometric, nude earings i bought from an antique shop a many year ago and nude kitten heels i bought at easter.
