NAIRT, is nail-art all in one short little word(this isn't real). This post wasn't intended to be about nail art however I think it's going to be now. I hate how I think of magnificent things to write about at night when I'm falling asleep and I tell myself, "You'll remember," and I don't. Big surprise there! I'll start by showing some of my newest items in the nail department.
This is Tenacious Teal, It's a mermaid-esq color that is similar to the color of that putty from home depot you use to plug up cracks. It's by: Maybelline, Color show. 330.
This is Orange Fix, which in the bottle looks like a choral red but when you put it on it lingers more towards a choral orange. It's by: Maybelline, Color show. 220.
And even though the color on my actual nails isn't new I haven't used the color a lot, it's My button fell off, By: Spoiled.
It's like a really light, slow churned ice cream pink.
This was kind of a better picture but you still don't have the full "effect." I'm not a huge fan of doing actual nail-art but I enjoy looking at the art of it and it's very interesting. I just like simple nails for an every day type of thing. Here are some selections of nail art I like for special occasions, photo shoots or runway.
These are an obvious choice, galaxy nail-art. They're stick-on, you can get them in Essie but probably a few other brands too. Order online is my best advice, these are hard to find in regular stores except for specialized places for just makeup.
These nail rings are very Charlize Theron from Snowwhite and the huntsmen. I've always liked really hard or rough looking pieces of jewelry. These aren't strictly nail art but I like the idea of this decoration for a special occasion. Now these nails aren't all that I like but its a brief summary of how extensive I like to get about my nails.
Enjoy!
Love, Layla
